If the output is broken or not working, we'll do our best to provide a corrected deliverable. If that's not possible, we'll issue a refund. We don't issue refunds for the content of the resume itself (style, tone, what got included or left out; that's subjective and you can edit it freely). In all other cases, management reserves the right to issue a refund at our discretion.
