The voices behind the blog
Our Contributors
We publish under three named voices (Alex, Jordan, and Sam), each representing a distinct vantage point on careers: a coach, a recruiter, and a strategist.
A note on our voices
Alex, Jordan, and Sam are editorial personas, not specific individuals. They're how we organize our career-content team's work under three distinct perspectives: a coach's empathy, a recruiter's insider knowledge, and a strategist's framework lens.
The substance is real. Every article is grounded in patterns we've seen across real recruiting conversations, resume reviews, and career coaching practice. Any numbers come from sources we link in the text. The named voices are a writing device that gives the blog a consistent perspective, not a claim that these are particular writers.
We use this format because honest career advice benefits from a single voice carrying through a piece. Group those voices by perspective and readers can find the one that speaks to their situation. We'd rather be upfront about how the blog is authored than dress it up as something it isn't.
